I’m going to make a longer post later today but I just really want to tell you all the story of when I gave Jimmy the necklace

Putting it behind a cut because idk how long it’ll run

So before the show I decided to get Jimmy a gift, I got him a necklace and put it in a little wooden box I painted.

During meet & greet I told him I had a present for him and he looked really excited

I pulled out the box and his eyes liT UP

HE WAS SMILING SO BIG AND HOLDING THE BOX, he shook it next to his ear and turned it around to look at it from all angles

And after a while I realized he didn’t know there was anything in the box, so I told him to open it

He pulls out the necklace and smiles really big and he was all like IS THIS FOR ME TOO

He was really excited and he asked me if he could wear it and I said of course he could

There was a brief awkward moment where no one said anything or did anything except for him fiddling with the chain of the necklace

Then he realized I wasn’t getting the message and he said “I can’t undo the chain, my robot hands will get in the way”

So he gives me the necklace and kneels down facing away from me so I’m against his back, and asks me to help him put it on

It took me SO LONG to put it on him and I kept apologizing because my hands were shaking a lot, and the necklace was kinda small so I was trying not to choke him wrapping it too roughly around his neck, though he was encouraging me a lot and reassuring me that I was fine

Once he had it on he looked SO HAPPY and I remember WORD FOR WORD what he said next

“I get to keep the box, right?”
