STAR EMERGING FROM CROSS - Represents emerging from the self-forced box of binary gender. Purple represents freedom and newfound peace.
GREEN - Represents nonbinary gender and evokes the agender flag.
GRAY - Represents a lack of genuine attachment to binary gender.
YELLOW AROUND CROSS - Represents nonbinary gender and a separation between binary gender and one’s true self.

The character of Bandit was not created by me. It is entirely possible the original creator put them up, however, I’ll post this anyway in the event that this wasn’t intentional.
I have a toyhouse and put Bandit/Charlotte/etc. there because my PC has too little space to store all the artwork and information of them.
Yes, I did sell Bandit after a long time of thinking to a person who’d give him much more attention and love than I would. He’s now part of a new story.

Hugginsverse was created when I was very young and production was heavily dictated by what I was feeling at the time. While I currently have no intention on revisiting the games outside of potential remakes, I have a few new projects in an adjacent universe that may make things a bit more clear. While production is slow, and there is no release date, anyone is free to ask questions on my Discord, which can be found in the “Important for Hugginsverse fans” masterpost I made a few posts back.
EDIT: Hugginsverse isn’t going away or ending, I’m just shifting it away from being a series of OFF fangames.

Hey, it's me. I used to own Charlotte, Bandit, etc. and still follow your blog pretty closely. Sorry to hear that insensitive scene triggered you. It was my way of depicting Seneca as a despicable being, something that I felt would villainize him more. It has been terrible on my part and I apologize. And I do not see why Charlotte and Bandit should be retconned in your universe, but rather replaced by a new cast. I'd happily help design them. I do hope you're doing well. Glad to hear from you!

Consider the hatchet buried! I understand it was a long time ago, and we were both different people. As mentioned in the post, I’ve made a similar mistake with my own character.

It’s been a long time since I’ve done anything with this blog, really. I’m sure most of my followers have gone away and a bunch of folks straight up think I abandoned Hugginsverse completely (I haven’t), but I feel it’s important to put some stuff out there.
This isn’t a vent, callout, sob story, or anything like that. I just want to say a few things that are very important to me, and if you enjoy Hugginsverse, they might be important to you, too.
When I was 15, I dabbled in RPG Maker and made a game called ?????. It got a major facelift when I was contacted by potential assistants and this remake was called UNKNOWN. I had no idea it would become what it did.
I’ll be 23 in less than a week, and no longer live in the house I grew up in. When I look at UNKNOWN, and the games that followed in its trail, I simultaneously see the happiest point of my life and the cringy doodle in the middle school sketchbook (but in a loving way!…mostly). I hold nothing but appreciation and love for both the stories I had created and the people I had in my audience.
However, I’d like to take a moment to look back on this series through the eyes of an adult, and point out a few things that are going to change now that I’m a bit older and my life experiences have shifted. There will be Cool New Hugginsverse News, too.
